We offer free shipping on all product purchases over $200. 
Shipments of the goods are made F.O.B. shipping point (the fulfillment center's shipping deck). 

Generally, most of our products ship out within one business day and usually arrive within 2 - 7 business days, depending on your location within the continental United States. 

All products shall be deemed delivered, and the risk of loss relating to shipment shall pass from HeatAndCool.com (Seller) to the Customer (Buyer) at the time the product is loaded onto a transportation carrier vehicle. 
We will email you your tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped. All claims by the Buyer for damage, loss, or delays in transit shall be made by the Buyer against the carrier, and the Seller shall have no responsibility or obligations with respect to any such damage, loss, or delay.

All products will be packed for shipment in accordance with the Seller's standard practices, packing methods, and shipping documents. The manner, route, and carrier of shipment will be at the Seller's sole discretion. The Buyer is responsible for inspecting the equipment for damage caused by the carrier and promptly notifying both the carrier and the Seller of any damages found.

Curbside shipping is free within the continental United States and includes free optional lift-gate service. Lift-gate is a delivery service where a special truck with a power gate on the back will lower your order to the ground for you. The carrier is not obligated to perform such a service when suitable vehicles equipped with such devices and operators are not available. Lift-gate services will only be provided at locations that are safe and accessible to the vehicle.
