Damaged MerchandiseUpdated 9 months ago
The Buyer shall carefully inspect the outer packaging and open and inspect the inner contents of all deliveries, refusing delivery of items damaged upon delivery.
Damage to inner contents is defined as Concealed Damage and must be refused by the customer.
In cases where the Carrier prohibits the Buyer from opening and inspecting the merchandise at the time of delivery, the Buyer has 24 hours to report Concealed Damage to both the Carrier and the Seller.
After reporting Concealed Damage, the Buyer then has 30 days to file a Concealed Damage claim with the Carrier.
Any non-acceptance or cancellation of any order for products that is not consented to in writing by the Seller shall entitle the Seller to recover cancellation charges, which include the full price of the products or services as well as all other costs incurred by the Seller related to the sale of such products.
With the Seller's written consent and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), the Buyer may return certain products to the Seller according to the Seller's policy.
