Product ownership and risk of loss pass from the Seller to the Buyer at the time the product is loaded onto a transportation carrier vehicle.
Therefore, damage and loss claims must be made by the Buyer directly to the carrier.
Each shipment date is approximate, and the Seller shall not be responsible for any damages of any kind resulting from any delay in shipment or delivery of products.
The Buyer must report to the Seller within 24 hours any alleged error, shortage, or nonconformity of such products.
